This Saturday, March 10, from 10 to 11 am at the Lake Wales Public Library, your child has the opportunity to experience Bach’s music in a whole new way!
Dr. Gabriel Statom will introduce children ages 5 – 15 to early music through storytelling, demonstration, and participation. When I talked to Mark, one of the directors, he explained that the children even get the opportunity to write thier own music and hear it being played on the harpsichord.
I have attended several of these Bach Encounters for Children, and it is well worth the time to attend. Call 678-4004 for directions to the library. FREE admission!
