The Village program is a fabulous way to play and bond with your baby while enjoying engaging activities that focus on developing strong foundations for learning.  Classroom routines help babies feel secure and ready to play and learn.  It is also a wonderful way for both of you to socialize with other families.  I’ve seen great friendships develop over the years, between and among families.

These are descriptions of the semester themes offered this Fall.  Class times are Wed. 9:30 am. and Thurs. 12:30 pm.

Zoom BuggyZoom Buggy starts Aug. 23-24.   Wed. class is full.

Zoom Buggy All those airplane sounds you make with a spoon during feeding time actually helps your baby learn language. In this eight-week class, you’ll learn how sounds like this can develop physical, social, cognitive, and emotional skills as well. Your At Home Materials include over 25 specially-selected recordings from class, Home Activity journal, and Art Banner for the nursery wall that strengthens vision and promotes early literacy.  The book and posters depict many of their favorite ways to GO!, and we put fun sounds and movements together for great ensembles.  We chug around the room like trains.  And we explore lots of instruments and props in our efforts to capture the wonderful essence of moving and seeing and doing !

Dream Pillow  Dream Pillow starts Oct. 18 – 19.

Dream Pillow This is truly a celebration of all things wonderful about the night, stars, moon, reading, and lullabies.  Through the rituals of rocking, cuddling, and singing, you follow your baby’s cues to lull her to sleep. The loving interaction that defines these rituals is the essence of this seven-week Kindermusik class with your baby. Your At Home Materials include the same type as listed above, but depict magical dreamscapes, and the music sends you on a musical celestial journey of parenthood.
