In celebration of the new book, “Watch Me!”, that the students recieved this week in the Our Time “Wiggles and Giggles” program, I wanted to share this awesome song and video with you, and give you some fun ideas to play with.

Cora watched this video about 20 times yesterday (Thanks to Merri’s cool website). She got the biggest kick out of the child who kept having to correct the adult. “You’re silly.”
After that we played a fun game that just kind of happened as we were talking about animals. You might call it “Animal Charades”. We took turns acting and sometimes sounding like a particular animal we had in mind, while the other person had to guess what animal it is. If the other person can’t guess, the “actor” had to verbally describe some things about the animal – as clues – (so Mom could actually tell what it might be). Only one rule, you couldn’t do the same type of animal twice, you had to think of new ones. Sometimes we used animal picture books to come up with more ideas. I think we played on and off all afternoon.
Fun, Fun! I hope you enjoy your book, and all the animal movements that go along with it.
Merry Melodies, Debbie
